To secure your date for your event, a signed contract and payment of your $1500.00 retainer must be on file. The remaining balance will be set up on a payment plan. A valid credit card for incidentals, excess cleaning, and damages will be kept on file. The credit card form will be filled out at your final walkthrough. Your retainer and payments are non-refundable but are transferable with a fee.
We require all caterers to be approved, licensed, and insured. Please provide us with their contact information for prior approval if you'd like to consider using a caterer who is not currently on our approved list.
Rustic Grace Barn includes a day of coordinator for all ceremonies and receptions. Our service allows you to plan every detail of your wedding and then hand those details to our coordinator so you can enjoy your special day.
You can hire any other vendors for your wedding, as long as they provide a certificate of liability insurance and are licensed. A preferred vendors list is sent out when you book to help you in your search. Our list has every vendor you would need for your wedding and is some of the industry's best.
Please note: a guest can not be a vendor and a vendor can not be a guest.
To protect both you and Rustic Grace Barn, the client must purchase a customizable day of insurance policy as listed in the contract. These policies typically cost less than $120.00 and provide liability protection for accidents, damages, etc.
Our barn comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests. The total count must include wedding parties and all children. Be sure your count includes anyone who will need a seat.
Only freestanding decorations are permitted. No nails, screws, tacks, or holes are allowed anywhere. Command strips are permissible. No glitter or confetti can be used. Only biodegradable items can be used for an exit or ceremony decor. All decorating must be done within your rental times. Our in-house decor is available ask our coordinator for details.
Alcohol may be served at our event. ALL alcohol must be served by approved, licensed, and insured bartenders. Shots of liquor and drinks served straight up are prohibited. All alcohol must be kept behind the bar at all times. Alcohol may not be left available for guests to serve themselves. BYOB and outside alcohol are strictly prohibited. Outside alcohol will be disposed of. Bar service will be stopped no later than 30 minutes before your event end time.
Smoking will only be allowed in the designated outside areas. A cleaning fee will be applied for any cigarette butts left on the ground. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the barn, bridal suite, groom's suite, or front porches.
We trust that all children will be supervised at all times. No running inside the barn or playing in the bridal or groom's suites. No playing near the pond or swimming in the pond. We are not liable for injuries and clients are always responsible for child safety.
The property has two private residences, so all tours, meetings, and photo sessions are by appointment only. Clients, guests, members of the bridal party, and vendors are not allowed on these properties, and we ask everyone to be mindful and considerate of our private residences.

All lighting for evening weddings, arch, arch drapery, lectern, pedestal (for unity candle or unity sand), and reserved seating signs. The bride has a hard surface to walk the entire way to her forever love. All outside areas are sprayed for mosquitos regularly.
Holding up to 150 guests, large chandelier, rustic bar, whiskey barrels, farm-style tables, round tables, drapery, and string lighting. Table linens, table runners, and decorations to choose from to customize your table centerpiece from our selection. 72" TV, surround sound, and microphone for slideshows or photos. The Barn has large glass doors and windows to give you an open feel and gorgeous views.

Our coordinator will meet with you 4-8 weeks before your wedding, review all signed contracts and confirm logistics, complete a final walk-through, manage rehearsal, and oversee everything on your wedding day.
Our wedding planner will schedule and attend all vendor meetings, create detailed timelines and floor plans, help determine and manage your budget, review all contracts, attend site tours and menu tastings, coordinate hotel rooms and transportation, brainstorm style ideas, and help coordinate design details, execute your vision on-site, manage rehearsal, complete final walk-through, oversee everything on your wedding day (make sure you have a stressfree wedding day)!!
